We first met Rachel quite some time ago, when she flew in from Canada for a private mentor session. When we began to get to know her and her love for Star Wars, Anne of Green Gables, Scrabble, and a million other awesome things I pretty much decided we were somehow twins separated at birth! We instantly fell in love and new we would be life long friends. Flash forward a couple of years later and here is Rachel ( who has a slight addiction to Chipotle, that we might be responsible for) marrying her best friend and forever mate. The day was incredibly beautiful and we are so thankful for Rachel and Neil and their friendship and for letting us photograph the love they have for each other.

We knew Janice and Joe’s wedding was going to be awesome beyond words. We had met them at our dear friends wedding and instantly fell in love with them at their engagement session.
We had a taco tuesday party after their shoot and wanted to be insta bff’s with them. :) These two are gorgeous together, but they are also incredibly sweet and kind and crazy in love.

Joseph Yeon: I'm such an awkward person in front of anyone who tells me they're about to take a photo, and even more so when my feelings are raw. It's been an amazing 3 years of marriage for us, and in a few weeks, we will post the amazing work the Sloans did all over again for our 3rd anniversary. But know this.... The photog is the only ones you spend every moment with on your special day. And the Sloans are so much more than just a photographer. They are the people who see every moment of chaos, nervousness, stage fright, and happiness right there with you on THE biggest of days. And they were never just photographers. They were the people who guided us through every waking moment of that day. They were the ones who truly guided us through every emotion and moment of chaos on that day, and spent their time in between photos being an incredible friend. Reminding us to cherish, breath, and be in each and every moment that flies by so quickly. We owe you so much for being everything we hoped that day, and 10 times over for being our friends.
